Be as specific as possible so we can process it swiftly.
GET APPROVED + RECIEVE YOUR LABEL

Once we review your request, we’ll email you a prepaid return label along with clear instructions. Approval typically takes 1–2 business days.
SEND IT BACK

Carefully re-pack your items and drop the parcel off at your nearest shipping location. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
